We want you to love your MERALL purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
